Finally the Soccer World Champignon Ship 2006 has started and the summer moved in as well. And I am moving to another house. So I am occupied these days – there’s not much time for music. However, this bunch of reggae ladies will get you through the summer and the soccer games. I decided to throw in an all ladies show in order to pay tribute to the guys at Schrikdraad: http://schrikdraad.blogspot.com/ They have recently published many out of print records by reggae ladies – a wonderful idea. Some of them were totally unknown to me (like Shelly Thunder, Full Experience and Lillian Allen). I just made a random mix with songs and voices I particular like - they all have ‘something’. Especially on a hot summer night.
